What is the role-

Working in the Customer Services team helping global enterprises protect their data

Retaining and growing revenue streams

Working with existing customers on their Data Management/Protection strategies

This role is working with enterprise customers post sale in the Private Sector and the Public Sector


Essential experience required-

Fluent French Speaker

German speaking language is ideal but not essential

Proven track record in a similar role from a SaaS solutions background.

Worked in a similar role in a SaaS Vendor


£60K - 80K base + 10% bonus
