Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will oversee front desk operations, lead teams to achieve operational excellence, and develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead front desk teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of one year of front-of-house supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality industry-related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
  • A strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including needs assessment, problem resolution, and quality service standards.
  • The ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment, meeting established timeframes and operational goals.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
