The Opportunity:


Excited to work for a sustainability-tech with a unique proposition and wonderful mission statement?


Joining a team of 5, you’ll take ownership of 20 – 25 mixed size clients.


These guys have fantastic solution and setup, your role here is to drive client satisfaction and platform adoption across sites


Use data, insight and build stories that will enable you to position the use of the platform across new locations. Your core targets here are growth of usage, which directly contributes to revenue for the business.


Not only will you be doing good in your role, but you’ll literally be ‘doing good’


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer success role, which included commercial targets. A background in sales or account management would be a useful addition.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
  • A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
  • Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here
  • Experience of working to support charities would be beneficial.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and Tableau is beneficial.


The Package:

  • A base salary up to £45k plus 30% bonus
  • Fully remote, but some client travel may be required
  • Healthcare.
