About the Role:

Fendi Italia Srl is a leading luxury fashion brand seeking a High-End Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners;
  3. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean store environment, performing store duties as assigned, and operating the Company Sales Management system correctly. Additionally, you will support during Store stock take and cycle counts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Fashion with at least 2 years in Luxury Sales;
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred;
  • Ability to manage image standards at a high level;
  • Strong selling and communication skills necessary;
  • Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient;
  • Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence;
  • Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge;
  • Goal-oriented approach and multitasking;
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
