About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Service Advisor to join our team at END. as a key representative of our luxury fashion brand.



Key Responsibilities



  • Network with customers to develop new relationships and build upon existing ones, achieving and exceeding set sales targets.


  • Collaborate with the store team to maximize sales and enhance the company's profile.

  • Demonstrate exceptional service techniques as a standard, driving excellence in customer service.

  • Support in other areas of store operation by having a thorough understanding of processes and procedures.

  • Maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, restocking as needed and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.

  • Share in-depth knowledge of products and the industry with customers.

  • Handle financial transactions professionally, ensuring accuracy and accountability.


Requirements



  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury fashion or a related industry.

  • Ambition within the Retail function, with a desire for growth and development within the company.

  • Exceptional social skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse customer types.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
