About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Supplier Partnerships Manager to provide incident support and issue resolution, managing escalations on behalf of the business and ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, identifying future improvements, and representing the team within DWP and supplier forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining proactive relationships with suppliers and DWP stakeholders
  • Monitoring supplier performance and addressing performance escalations and concerns
  • Providing incident support and issue resolution, managing escalations on behalf of the business
  • Representing the team within DWP and supplier forums
