This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr Supplier Partnership Lead to join our team at HS2. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading meetings, workshops and collaborative events required to support the delivery and development of SRM at HS2.

  • Interface with other governance and assurance, IT and systems-related personnel across HS2, DfT and the supply market is a significant responsibility.
  • You will work closely with other members of the commercial directorate team to deliver training in best practice SRM to nominated relationship managers, commercial and contract managers.
  • Support timely and accurate reporting in accordance with SRM programme governance is also a key aspect of this position.

The estimated salary for this position is £59,300 pa, depending on skills and experience. We also offer flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits.

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with both awarded and potential HS2 supply chain. You should have knowledge of large projects or similar matrix organisational structures and EU and UK procurement legislation.
