This role provides nationwide HR support to multiple office locations and works closely with senior leaders to implement people-focused, high-impact HR solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and strong HR business partnering experience, with a solid background in employment law and employee relations.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum, based on industry standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead on complex employee relations, change management, and performance issues, mitigating risk effectively.
  • Develop reward and recognition policies, using market data to deliver competitive solutions.
  • Project manage HR initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
  • Support policy maintenance and advise managers on HR best practices and employment legislation.
