Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to lead a new developing team in the West Midlands, UK.

This role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects from local community infrastructure schemes to strategic national projects. The successful candidate will join a growing team working on various developments, including residential and industrial projects, and will be responsible for managing workload, running projects, meeting clients, and mentoring junior engineers.

About the Role

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng) or relevant qualification is required.
  • Chartership or progress towards it is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in civil infrastructure design, including road design, drainage, plot drainage, cut and fill, and Section 104/106/38 applications.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D/PDS/Site 3D, and Microdrainage/Causeway flow is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to manage and develop junior engineers.
  • Proven experience in UK development infrastructure is required.
