The Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Learning and Development team as a Supplier Manager on a 12-month secondment basis, based in Birmingham. As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing external L&D supplier contracts against financial, delivery, and service criteria, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to required standards.

  • Manage a portfolio of external L&D suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract requirements including financial, quality, and service delivery.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, building strong working partnerships to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
  • Partner with C&P stakeholders and Category Managers to ensure contract compliance with NH policies and procedures.
  • Budget management for all L&D activity.
  • Manage and oversee L&D suppliers on a regular basis, completing regular supplier contract assessments as required.
  • Ensure all supplier and contract documentation is up to date.

To Be Successful You'll Need:

  • Previous experience working within an L&D environment, managing suppliers to contract work specifications, SLA's and Quality Assurance criteria.
  • Considerable supplier management experience.
  • Strong understanding of service level standards and requirements.
  • Working professional L&D experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
