Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at CV-Library. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring that all supplier accounts are accurate, up to date, and paid in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word), and excellent communication skills. They must be able to produce accurate information in a timely manner and work well under pressure.

We are offering a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual who can work well in a team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Supplier Accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with processes.
  • Work closely with the Treasury Team, Procurement, and Cost Clerks to ensure audit and process compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, colleagues, and managers.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated individual who can work well in a team environment.
