Join Our Team: We are a specialist Ground Works & Civil Engineering company in south Birmingham, looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, preparing payroll sheets, generating CIS reports, and providing administrative support to the payroll team.

About the Position:

This is a permanent, full-time role with working hours of 8am-4:30pm from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify supplier invoices against original purchase orders and proof of delivery documents
  • Prepare accurate payroll sheets for payment
  • Generate monthly CIS reports
  • Support the existing payroll team
