Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our team in Sheldon, Birmingham. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain compliance with all statutory regulations relevant to payroll
  • Previous experience managing Compliance with all statutory regulations relevant to payroll
  • Deliver administration of all payroll activities ensuring timely and accurate completion

Requirements

  • Experience within full payroll lifecycle
  • Previous experience within Payroll Assistant
  • Knowledge of statutory deadline and relevant regulation

Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • Performance-based bonus scheme
  • Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday shifts between 08:30 – 17:00
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + Birthday Day off
