Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team as Cluster Revenue Manager. The role will be remote working (UK based) with monthly travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily reviews and implements room accommodation and rate inventory controls to optimize revenue growth.
  • Manages Group and Transient inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting and pricing strategies.
  • Works closely with hotel Reservations and Front Office teams to implement agreed selling strategies and drive revenue performance.
  • Reviews sales account production monthly with sales to identify patterns and volume of production, agreeing on appropriate actions to take.
  • Provides group strategy according to seasons, events, and other factors to improve performance and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team to project manage promotions during low demand periods, value-add promotions, and event periods.
  • Focuses on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to the most profitable channel.
  • Ensures branded lowest rate promise is kept with no successful rate parity fee claimed.
  • Provides analysis of yield strategies, room statistics, and performance trends to inform business decisions.
  • Writes and reviews end-of-month revenue reports for each hotel, including booking pace, competitive share analysis, and segmentation reports.
  • Conducts displacement analysis of group business and sales negotiations to assess potential impact on RevPAR and TrevPAR.
  • Participates in weekly revenue meetings with hotels, providing reports on hotel performance, historical and future business, and upcoming strategies.

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience with revenue management software and systems.
