About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Adult Care Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public and professionals, handling contacts via telephone and email, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to the public and professionals via telephone and email
  • Handle complex, sensitive, and emotive contacts with professionalism and empathy
  • Use your excellent communication skills to gather relevant information and determine the most appropriate outcome for the customer
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service standards
About You

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with experience of working within a busy customer care or customer service centre environment. Experience within a social care setting would be preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. You will have excellent typing and sound IT skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
