About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Online Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-store
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and services
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment
