Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for every guest
  • Know our menu and offer recommendations to customers
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us
  • Assist the bar in preparing drinks to meet specs and customer expectations
  • Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean
