About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and support to customers, listening to their needs and understanding their circumstances to find individual solutions.
  • Develop relationships quickly with customers to help them find debt solutions and reassure those who may be worried or anxious about contacting us.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our customer service goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • No prior contact centre experience is necessary, as we provide full training and mentoring.
  • Resilience to handle difficult conversations and empathy to understand customers' needs.
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly and help customers find debt solutions.
  • Desire to live by our values and make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
Working Arrangements

Shifts will fall between Monday and Saturday, including bank holidays. Operating hours are 8am - 8pm in the week, with a 4pm finish at weekends. You will work 37 hours per week within this window.
