- Assist with mealtimes and safe moving, promoting independence and dignity
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Able to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of the household
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each resident
