About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sure Maintenance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer relations and ensuring 100% compliance for annual gas services.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with management, administrators, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage annual services in line with client-specific procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize annual servicing referrals, utilizing effective communication, home visits, and customer liaison techniques.
  • Ensure daily escalation and completion of annual service visits align with client-specified processes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports from Contract Management software to verify property compliance with Servicing Procedure requirements.
  • Address tenant complaints in accordance with the Company complaints procedure, providing detailed reports on necessary remedial actions.
  • Liaise with customers regarding unresolved work or repair issues, striving for prompt resolutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, including Residents Meetings, Roadshows, and Contract Review meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance job performance, contributing to team growth and success.
  • Perform additional duties, training, and hours as reasonably required and consistent with this role's responsibilities.
