Job Requirements:
This role requires a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and their residents, using various methods to contact customers, producing reports, dealing with complaints, and initiating procedures as needed.

Key Skills:
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with IT systems, including MS Office Suite
A full UK driving license is required for some work outside normal hours

Working Environment:
You will be based in one of our offices across the UK and will be required to travel regularly to meet with clients and residents. A flexible and adaptable work ethic is essential for this role, as you will need to work outside normal hours at times.
