Job Description

We are looking for a Residential Service Coordinator to join our team at Sure Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to schedule annual services, work closely with management, administrators, and clients, and use various methods to contact customers and arrange service appointments for hard-to-access properties.

To succeed in this role, you will need great interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as regular reporting back to the client. You will also be required to hold a full UK driving license.

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring 100% compliance for annual gas services.
