Residential Service Lead and CQC Specialist

We are currently seeking an accomplished Registered Manager to oversee our residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities in Cheshire.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior management roles, preferably within the Learning Disabilities sector, and hold relevant qualifications such as QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management.
Key Accountabilities:- Directing and developing staff teams
- Maintaining CQC compliance and adhering to health and social care regulations
- Leading initiatives to improve care quality and outcomes
- Substantial experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- Advanced leadership and management certifications (e.g. QCF Level 5, Registered Managers Award)
- Proven ability in staff management, coaching, and development
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, health and social care legislation, and regulatory expectations
- Unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
This position is accompanied by an estimated salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
