Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Cheshire, catering to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective staff management and leadership
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Delivering high-quality person-centred care and achieving outstanding results
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities preferred)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
