Job Description:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's established safety and compliance department in the Midlands. As a proactive and dedicated individual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality control systems and processes are maintained across the business.

As a Warehouse Compliance Officer, your primary responsibilities will include auditing and monitoring internal processes, identifying areas for improvement, and guaranteeing that services consistently meet client and regulatory requirements.

With prior experience in a quality assurance or quality auditing role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or distribution, you will possess a strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and audit techniques. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly to both management and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit all aspects of distribution operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate operational processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions following audits and non-conformance reports.
  • Review customer feedback to identify potential quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings, areas for improvement, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and records, ensuring they are kept in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support training programs for employees on quality procedures, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in quality standards and industry regulations.
