Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Windows and Office System Administrator to join our IT team at Swansway Group in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support services to our user community, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support users via telephone and deskside visits to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
  2. Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to manage day-to-day support requests efficiently.
  3. Ensure accurate logging and resolution of helpdesk calls in line with service level agreements.
  4. Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate or de-escalate calls as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and related technologies.
  • Ability to maintain inventory, asset, and license management records accurately.
  • Driving license required for occasional site visits.
