Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of services at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe.

You will work on Clarion Ward, a 14-bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder and co-morbid disordered eating, or Compton Ward, a 15-bed acute service for women.

  • Provide high-quality organisational & administrative support
  • Prepare reports & written materials
  • Keep files & records as required
  • Work collaboratively with the administration team
  • Occasionally take notes & minutes at meetings
  • Answer the telephone & respond to enquiries efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare and knowledge of mental health
  • Flexibility, organisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Calm under pressure, working independently, strong written & verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows, and internet
