We are a leading provider of quality assurance and inspection services to the automotive industry.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety, and we are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work with one of our prestigious clients based in Crewe, Cheshire.

This role will involve working on site Monday to Friday, covering a 40 hour week between 0800 - 1600. While start and finishing times are flexible, core business hours must be covered.

  • Organising documents and maintaining databases
  • Supporting staff and management: Ensuring office policies are adhered to
  • Maintaining equipment: Managing supplies and ordering new equipment when necessary

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
  • Computer literacy with previous experience of Office 365 packages
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service skills and multitasking abilities
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, non-specific discipline

The successful candidate will undergo a basic DBS criminal record check.
