We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Physician to join our team at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe. As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-call cover for our 29-bed mental health hospital, which is split into two distinct wards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical decision-making, with experience in managing risk and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. You will work 5 days a week, covering out-of-hours on-call shifts with access to Consultant advice. Your duties will include carrying out medical tasks, such as ECGs, blood tests, and patient assessments, as well as participating in clinical governance and CPD activities.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive medical indemnity cover, CPD support, and study leave.
