Disability Support Worker

We are working with a lady who requires a consistent, experienced staff team and responds best to a structured routine and consistency. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting bespoke care and support, helping her build new skills and building trust with her.
Key Responsibilities:- To assist the service user in building new skills and building trust with them.
- To provide consistent, experienced staff team support to the service user.
We are looking for someone who is active and willing to join and support activities daily. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a safe and healthy environment for our service users.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role or sector is desirable but not essential.
- Able to commit to regular shifts, including days and weekends.
- Detailed knowledge of mental health and learning disabilities would be beneficial.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour, enhanced on all Bank Holidays. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in this role.
