- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create personalized learning plans tailored to the needs of each student.\
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating achievements.\
Requirements:

- Proven experience in supporting students with special educational needs.\
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
- Passion for creating inclusive learning environments and promoting student success.\
The salary range is £21,000-£26,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
