About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Sofitel London Gatwick. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide a seamless check-in experience.
  • Offer expert knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Assist guests with arrangements and special requests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service under pressure.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
