About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Support Specialist to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to HR, including recruitment, training, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and integrated HR and Payroll systems. Key responsibilities include liaising with candidates, managing agencies, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, and issuing relevant documentation. Additional duties may involve conducting HR Induction sessions, supporting system implementation, and providing reception cover as needed.
