Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our team at Interaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources or those looking to gain more experience in the field. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new starters, and managing absence and sickness records. You will also help implement an integrated HR and Payroll system and support training activities.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- SUPPORTING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- ASSISTING WITH ONBOARDING NEW STARTERS
- MANAGING ABSENCE AND SICKNESS RECORDS
- IMPLEMENTING AN INTEGRATED HR AND PAYROLL SYSTEM
- SUPPORTING TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience of working within an HR team and using an integrated HR and Payroll system is also required. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £27,500 per annum and flexible working hours.
