About the Position:

We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our HR team in Kettering. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR functions, including recruitment, training and employee data management.

About the Role:

The Support Staff member will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including preparing adverts, shortlisting candidates and attending interviews. You will also assist with the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system and provide reception cover during periods of absence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing adverts and shortlisting candidates.
  2. Attend interviews and issue relevant documentation.
  3. Assist with the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system.
  4. Provide reception cover during periods of absence.
  5. Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within an HR team or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
