About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data.
  • To contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A competitive salary of up to £27,500 per annum.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexi working hours available. However, hybrid working is not available at this time.
