Human Resources Administrator Associate

We're looking for a talented HR Administrative Assistant to deliver top-notch administrative support to our clients and the Client Services team. This role will involve working on various employment issues and HR projects, and we need someone who is passionate about progressing their HR career.
Main Tasks:
- Drafting and reviewing client HR documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Managing the recruitment process for our clients, including job posting, shortlisting, interview organization, and candidate liaison.
- Supporting Advisors and Consultants with letters and associated documentation for client-related project work, such as redundancy and TUPE.
- Updating and managing client HR databases.
- Assisting with general office duties.
- Contributing to ad-hoc project requirements for the Operations Director or Client Services team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing a business or HR-related qualification.
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with web-based applications an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
- Professional and flexible attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Benefits Package:
- An estimated salary of £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
