Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to clients and the Client Services team on employment issues and HR projects. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills, keen to progress their career in HR and enjoy a variety of work.

We utilize technology to streamline our processes through CRM, HR databases, and a knowledge base. A high aptitude for technology is beneficial as we use cloud-based systems to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class administrative support to clients and the Client Services team
  • Assist with employment issues and HR projects
  • Maintain accurate records using HR databases and a knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and software

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: circa £24,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
  • Full-time and part-time positions available up to 28 hours per week
  • Permanent contract
