**Job Overview:**

Pertemps is seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to the Head of HR and HR Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our clients' brand and reputation.

**About the Role:**

  • To support the recruitment process, including liaising with candidates, managing agencies, preparing adverts, shortlisting, organizing and attending interviews, issuing appropriate documentation.
  • To take responsibility for the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
  • Managing the day-to-day absence, sickness absence recording and tracking using Bradford.
  • To provide support for on-site training and development activities, liaise with training providers, capture training costs, course evaluation, and support internal HR training efforts.
  • Conduct HR Induction sessions.
  • Support the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system.
  • Sickness absence recording and tracking using Bradford.
  • Appraisal process.
  • Support the leaver process, including exit interviews and final pay calculations.
  • Maintain employee data on the HR system.
  • Provide reception cover during periods of absence.
  • Support with tasks surrounding redundancies, TUPE, Short-time working.
  • Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Able to demonstrate and maintain confidentiality.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience of multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Educated to 'A' level standard.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification.
  • Experience of working within an HR team.
  • Experience of working with an integrated HR and Payroll system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • End-to-end recruitment and selection (including offers and negotiation).
  • Experience of onboarding.
  • Knowledge of entitlement calculations.
  • Working knowledge of Bradford.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
