Job Summary

This role delivers high-quality administrative support to our clients and the Client Services team on various employment issues and HR projects. We are seeking a skilled administrator who is keen to progress their HR career and enjoys a diverse workload.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing client HR documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Managing the recruitment process for our clients, including job posting, shortlisting, interview organization, and candidate liaison.
  • Supporting Advisors and Consultants with letters and associated documentation for client-related project work, such as redundancy and TUPE.
  • Updating and managing client HR databases.
  • Assisting with general office duties.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc project requirements for the Operations Director or Client Services team.

About You:

  • Pursuing a business or HR-related qualification.
  • Minimum GCSE English and Maths.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with web-based applications an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.
  • Professional and flexible attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
