">About the Role:
">The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our HR team, including tasks such as managing emails, processing paperwork and maintaining employee records.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including email management and data entry.
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Support the recruitment process, including preparing adverts and shortlisting candidates.
- Assist with the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system.
- Provide reception cover during periods of absence.
- Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR as required.
Requirements:
">- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience of working within an HR team or similar environment.
