**About the Role:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Support Worker to join our team at Additional Resources. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family assessment and support, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for working closely with families to identify and achieve their goals, ensuring child safety and welfare throughout the assessment process.

The role requires:

  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
