About the Role:

TetraTech RPS Energy is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join our Energy team. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of bid professionals through the full bid life cycle across our entire Energy business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and lead significant, complex regional and international bid opportunities.
  • Take overall responsibility for tracking and reporting on pipeline activity, scheduling, deadlines, and bid quality.
  • Ensure pre-qualification and tender documentation are prepared in accordance with Company's LMS and in consultation with appropriate teams.
  • Create a library of written content, working alongside our subject matter experts to streamline future bids.
  • Produce accurate bid pricing for internal approval and to meet with bid requirements and negotiate contract terms following input from the commercial team.
  • Provide project and contract handover information to project managers and support project managers with sales aftercare to clients.
  • Coordinate our responses to call offs under our key client frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading complex multi-disciplinary bids, framework management, and providing expert bid coordination and management within a consulting, professional services, marine, or construction organization.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Excellent bid writing skills with the ability to present written information in a compelling, structured, and balanced way.
