About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bid Designer to join our team at Innovate Services Ltd. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality bid responses that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and produce bid responses, including the creation of high-impact graphics and proposal images.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling graphical representations.
  • Develop and maintain a range of document and presentation templates to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
  • Champion document management and change control best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.
  • Provide advice on flow, language, and grammar to content owners.
  • Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.
  • Maintain and make available master document sets.
  • Ensure consistent branding for all company-specific documents.
  • Develop proposal graphics that have impact and are easy to interpret.
  • To ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables.
Requirements
  • Degree in Creative/Artistic Discipline.
  • Desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Corel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and a positive team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and proactive to bring forward ideas to constantly evolve our tender collateral.
  • Worked as a designer for a contract caterer would be ideal.
  • Worked on tenders in any format would be a plus, and video creation would be a bonus.
