Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in creating and submitting high-quality bid responses to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and create supporting content for bid responses, including appendices, graphics, and organization charts.
  • Update and manage bid library content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor public sector frameworks for opportunities and manage opportunities through various portals.
  • Create initial financial models for tenders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Perform a range of administration tasks to monitor progress and organize the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and design, with a creative and technical skillset.
  • Previous experience in a tender administrator, bid, or proposals coordinator role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent systems and financial detail focus, with strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
