About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in creating and submitting high-quality bid responses to secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and create supporting content for bid responses, including appendices, graphics, and organization charts.
  • Update and manage bid library content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor public sector frameworks for opportunities and manage opportunities through various portals.
  • Develop initial financial models for tenders to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to monitor progress and organize the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and design, with a creative and technical skillset.
  • Previous experience in a tender administrator or bid coordinator role, or similar.
  • Excellent systems and financial detail focus, with strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure culture, sift through data quickly, and analyze information.
  • Excellent written skills and telephone manner, with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with all company information and materials.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiastic manner, with a team player attitude.
  • CRM experience and tender management experience are a plus.
