About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supervising a team, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team on shift, ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable time in our centres.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire your team on shift, ensuring excellent customer service and high energy levels
  • Ensure all centre opening hours and shift patterns are met, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of supervising a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • High energy levels and ability to work well under pressure
  • Friendly, supportive, and helpful team player
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
