Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at DNA Payments Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant portfolio, ensuring their payment needs are met through strategic consultation and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with C-level executives and senior management within the merchant portfolio.
  • Provide strategic and consultative advice to merchants, helping them optimize their payment processes and achieve their business goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the share of the merchant's wallet by upselling and cross-selling DNA Payments' services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in account management or a similar role, preferably in the Fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinking and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines.
