About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our growing team at The PHA Group. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coverage for our clients, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continue to deliver high-quality coverage for accounts
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Manage client accounts, including setting and adhering to agreed timelines, managing weekly and monthly reporting, and monitoring and exceeding KPIs
  • Identify new ideas for existing clients and upsell services where possible
  • Contribute to the department's new business strategy, including identifying and understanding new prospect opportunities

Requirements

  • Passionate and ambitious individual with a strong understanding of public relations and client management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
