Sales Director for Luxury Group Business

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for driving group sales revenue across key markets, including the UK, Europe, and CIS regions.
Job Description- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned markets, ensuring timely follow-up and effective business development strategies.
- Evaluate, solicit, and confirm group bookings to meet individual goals and budgeted sales targets.
- Schedule and plan sales trips within allocated budgets, ensuring post-trip reports are submitted promptly.
- Organize and participate in familiarization trips and client events, fostering strong partnerships with travel industry professionals.
- Ensure all proposals are followed up in a timely manner, with a focus on converting them into contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the global sales office to drive revenue growth and implement cohesive strategies across markets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with a strong background in MICE, leisure, and corporate segments.
- A proven track record of account management and business development success in the UK, Europe, and CIS regions.
- Strong understanding of revenue management processes, pricing strategies, and tools such as Sales Force, Delphi, and Opera.
- Creative problem-solving skills, goal-oriented mindset, flexibility, and collaboration.
- Fluency in another European language is highly desirable.
- An attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
